Modules built to order.
I started building synth modules in 2020 after googling synth DIY to see if there even was such a thing—indeed there is! I quickly found the offering of NonlinearCircuits and fell in love with their modules’ sounds and the way the influenced me musically. At one point I built so many that I had a few extras and decided to sell one or two of them. Shortly after the owner of NonlinearCircuits made a decision to stop selling built modules themselves and only market circuit boards and panels. A list of 3rd party builders was added to their site and I am now building these and most other modules that offer DIY versions professionally. In the case of NLC, this is the only way to get a new, professionally built module, unless you build it yourself. In addition to offering the stock panels from NLC, I also make custom aluminum and acrylic panels as seen in the photos on this site. The acrylic is sourced from off-cuts and remnants leftover from my brother’s sculpture business.
